Logistics & Customer Experience Associate

Rubato is looking for a structured and dependable team member to support our logistics and customer experience. This role sits at the intersection of warehouse, customer, and internal operations, helping ensure every order, delivery, and interaction reflects our standards.


About the Role

This is a hands-on position with a balance of logistics, service, and administration. You’ll be working closely with production, e-commerce, and our external partners to support smooth daily operations and seasonal peaks.


Key Responsibilities

 • Manage orders, returns, and fulfilment in our e-commerce systems
 • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries
 • Handle customer inquiries with clarity, professionalism, and care
 • Monitor shipping, stock levels, and delivery performance
 • Help refine routines that improve logistics and customer experience
 • Support launches and campaigns with operational readiness


Who You Are

 • Reliable, organised, and confident managing structure and service at once
 • Experienced in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service
 • Familiar with platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar systems
 • Comfortable in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
 • A team player who enjoys a clear role within a growing company
