SHOPPING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
As we have partnered with Global E as our merchant-of-record, all products can now be displayed and paid for in your local currencies. Additionally, we now offer duties and taxes included in the purchase price. Some countries might have taxes added in checkout, however, we guarantee that no additional costs will incurr, once the order has been placed. What you see is what you pay.

SHIPPING
WHAT IS MY SHIPPING COST?
Your Shipping rates will be estimated at checkout depending on your country. For our non-domestic EU, customers we will offer a Free Shipping option on all orders. Express shipping rates will be offered at our discounted rate at checkout, for some countries where the free shipping option is available, a Free Express Shipping threshold will be available. HOW IS SHIPPING AFFECTED DURING PEAK PERIODS?
Due to a general high increase on order volumes during holidays, peak seasons and new releases, the processing of your order may take longer than usual. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.
PAYMENT
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
The payment will be reserved once the order has been placed. When the order is fulfilled the reserved amount will be transferred from your bank.
DO I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
For all orders where Duties and Taxes apply, these will be included in the price. Therefore Duties and Taxes are always paid at checkout when applicable. This applies to all our customers, international as well as domestic.
ORDERS
SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL PRICING ORDERS
Please note that all discounted products are considered final sale. This means they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. By purchasing these items at a reduced price, you agree to these terms. The one exception being orders within the European Union.
RETURNS ON ORDERS CONTAINING BUNDLE OFFERS
To receive a full refund, all items in a bundle must be returned. If fewer items are returned, the order discount will be canceled, and the discount amount will be deducted from the original price of the returned items before processing any refunds.
It is possible to swap items in a bundle offer for a different color or size, however, exchanges to different models are not allowed.
CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We start working on your order as soon as possible from when it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. Please note that during peak periods (e.g. holidays, and new releases) this may prevent changing your order in time. If you would like to change your order, please get in contact through support@atemporubato.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse before you cancel or change it, return it to us for a refund when you receive it and place a new order. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link from us in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your tracking link, please contact us through support@atemporubato.com
I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and double check your email spam folder. If it’s still missing, there might be something wrong with the order. If so, please contact us through support@atemporubato.com
SUSTAINABILITY
How does Rubato work with sustainability?
Gift Cards
The Rubato Gift Card ("The Card") is redeemable at any time in full or in part for online purchases. The Card will expire in one (1) year from the time of purchase. The Card can be combined with other discount codes and/or along with other methods of payment as long as the card is still credited. If the Card still has credit left after a purchase, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
The Rubato Gift Card cannot be purchased with a discount code or with another Rubato Gift Card. The Card is exempt from any VAT or fees at the time of purchase. The Card is non-refundable, returnable or redeemable for cash except for instances where this is required by law.
The Rubato Gift card comes in SEK, EUR, GBP, and USD denominators for values of 100, 250, and 500 (EUR, GBP, USD) or 1000, 2500, or 5000 (SEK). For Swedish customers, the Card is only purchasable in SEK denominators. For EU and International customers, the Card is only purchasable in EUR denominators. For UK customers the Card is only purchasable in GBP denominators. For US customers the Card is only purchasable in USD denominators.
