The 4 ply 5 gauge Pure Alpaca Wool has a substantial hand feel and due to the lower lanolin content of the Alpaca Wool it feels crisp and dry to the touch and has a lovely fuzzy surface texture. Hand framed in Italy by expert craftspeople the quality level is without comparison. 

To emphasize the rustic look of the material the sweater features a substantial 2x2 rib throughout and has the Rubato signature "Standard Fit" which means a generous and flattering silhouette with a slightly shorter body length and a substantial hem referencing vintage garments.
