RETURNS

You may return or exchange your goods within 30 days from the time your parcel has been fulfilled. Please note that any exchange has to take place within the 30 day policy as well. The goods need to be returned in original condition which means not being worn or used, other than for trying on the size. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving the Rubato warehouse.
If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. It can take up to 14 days to receive your refund. All returns must go to the same adress and name as stated in the initial order. Should you, as a customer, have moved to another region or territory where different duties and rules apply, you are responsible for any added costs or fees that Rubato would be enforced to pay to clear your return or exchange. We offer free exchanges worldwide. If you as an international customer seek to return your product for a refund or exchange, click here. Remember to include the "#" when registering your order number. The cost when applying for a refund covers shipping & handling will be at a fixed rate of SEK 250 and is non refundable. For exchanges, these charges are waived. If you wish to make an exchange, mark the relevant option in the drop down and contact Support@atemporubato.com with your Order ID and RMA.

Rubato will cover return costs for any product faults discovered by the customer when receiving the package. In order to start an RMA, ensure that any faults or damages are documented in an appropriate manner with a high resolution photo. Images and other documentation must be included along with the RMA number when filing. Please note that the garment has to be returned in its original condition along with all tags and trims – disregarding this will result in a fee of SEK 300 further being deducted from your refund. If the customer wish to return the item on their own accord or at their own expense, please note that the item(s) lies under the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us and have the responsibility to ensure that the parcel arrives at the correct destination. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The customers are responsible for ensuring the parcel's safe arrival back to us. Please note that should you disregard these terms Rubato may have to charge you for any customs/duties and administrative fees incurred. This also applies if you refuse to accept your parcel. Rubato will then charge you for the return shipping as well as an administrative fee of SEK 250. The shipping cost you paid when you placed your order as well as any customs and VAT charges might not be refunded depending on your location as these are handled by your respective local customs and border agencies. For the UK and EU we can guarantee a refund of Duty and VAT. All sales of special priced products/discounted items are final. When purchasing an item that is discounted/special priced/on sale or at a Pop-Up event you wave the right to return the item.

To make an exchange or return, please always email support@atemporubato.com for instructions and/or to make sure we put aside the product that you wish to exchange for. We'll do our best to comply with your request however we can not guarantee it. 

If your order number does not apply in the Returns Portal, this is because your order was made before 28/3, 2023. Thereby, your order still falls under the previous terms of 14 days. If this is the case, contact Support@atemporubato.com for handling your return.

PRIVACY STATEMENT


SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

PAYMENT:
We deal in SEK (Swedish Kronor). When placing an order the current exchange rate at the time of the order (should the customer translate to his or hers countries currency) is the one followed, however, should you wish to return an item the exchange rate given at the time of the return payment made in Shopify is the one considered.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For more insight, you may also want to read Shopify’s Terms of Service here or Privacy Statement here.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
