RETURNSYou may return or exchange your goods within 14 days. The goods need to be returned in original condition which means not being worn or used, other than for trying on the size. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels. Note that it is the customer who is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned in the same condition as when leaving the Rubato warehouse.
If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. It can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.
FOR ALL EXCHANGES/RETURNS THE RETURNS FORM HAS TO BE FILLED OUT AND ENCLOSED.
We offer free exchanges world wide. If you seek to return your product for a refund, Rubato will arrange the return (this does not apply to domestic customers, Sweden), and the cost for this shipping & handling will be SEK 250 and is non refundable. Please reach out to us before returning. Rubato will cover return costs for any faulty product. Please note that the garment has to be returned in its original condition along with all tags and trims – disregarding this will result in a fee of 300 sek being deducted from your refund. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The customers are responsible for ensuring the parcels safe arrival back to us. Please note that should you disregard these terms Rubato may have to charge you for any customs/duties and administrative fees incurred. This also applies if you refuse to accept your parcel. Rubato will then charge you for the return shipping as well as an administrative fee of 250 SEK. The shipping cost you paid when you placed your order as well as any customs and VAT charges will not be refunded. All sales of special priced products/discounted items are final. When purchasing an item that is discounted/special priced/on sale or at a Pop-Up event you waive the right to return the item.
To make an exchange or return, please always email email@example.com for instructions and/or to make sure we put aside the product that you wish to exchange for. We'll do our best to comply with your request however we can not guarantee it.
